Bill Fanelli is a recently retired Eli Lilly Corporate manager and consultant, who specialized in organizational and leadership development. He created and delivered Lilly’s Global Leadership Development Program, from which over 400 high-potential leaders graduated.
He designed and taught a Leadership Academy for emerging leaders in the business Lilly USA the business unit of Eli Lilly in the USA. He is an innovative strategic thinker who is noted for his ability to help individuals and organizations manage culture change.
Bill is certified to coach leaders using several Stephen Covey tools- 4 Disciplines of Execution process, Six Critical Practices of Leading a Team, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
He has a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Michigan and a Masters’ Degree in Occupational Health from the University of Michigan, School of Public Health.
He is an active community volunteer and is the recipient of numerous awards.
